I will help you to fit your training into your life so that you can enjoy all parts of your life not just triathlon. I do the majority of my training alone so I understand the need for interesting workouts and I will strive to provide these for you.
Having a triathlon coach can take the stress out of trying to determine the best training program for yourself. By letting a coach worry about the details and determine your workouts based on your goals, ability, fitness level and time availability, you can focus on the best part of triathlons, the training and racing.

Additional One-on-one Training - $50/hour for swimming technique, running technique or cycling skills
Base price of $250
*Coaching in individual disciplines available at $100/month for weekly swim, bike or run workouts.
